Gaynor began her career as a Registered General Nurse. With over twenty years experience in care she moved on to gain managerial experience in working at Johnson & Johnson and played a significant role as part of an award winning sales team. She is experienced in attending to individuals with varying physical abilities and has undergone extensive and thorough training in communicating with individuals who have a learning disability and/or who have complex needs.

Gaynor is a respected provider having been the Director of Care for GT Care and Alternative Care Limited to incorporate 4 service areas Support & Enablement, Residential, Day Opportunities and Supporting Children.
