Kirsty first joined GT Care as a support worker in August 2018 having previously worked in childcare and office management.  Kirsty loved the challenges that working with people with learning disabilities presented and over the course of the last two years has built a wealth of experience and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 in Adult and Social Care.  In June 2020 Kirsty was promoted to the role of Training Lead and now co-ordinates and monitors a comprehensive training program for all staff members within GT Care.
