Effective

We will be committed to continually developing and improving our knowledge and skills through learning.  All new recruits will ensure that the care certificate is completed within 12 weeks. All staff will take responsibility to ensure that mandatory training is up to date and that other specialist training is accessed as necessary.
We will constantly seek the views of people using the services and maintain links with other professionals, striving to improve the health and wellbeing, food and nutrition, activities and quality of life of all individuals.
